Our world class laser micromachining facility (with expansion capacity up to 240,000 sq. ft.) has over 50 laser systems running 24 hours per day, six days per week, as well as a large clean room manufacturing space.
If you visit (and we hope you do) you will see leading edge micromachining technology, ranging from 9-axis 3-D machining to glove box to catheter drilling systems to complete turnkey automation (part loading, laser machining and optical inspection systems). Whether your challenge is drilling, skiving, stripping, etching or cutting, with so many laser micromachining systems in-house, we can objectively look at excimer, diode-pumped solid state, fiber, picosecond, femtosecond or CO2 lasers to create a repeatable and consistent process.
