Resonetics Facility
When you offer the world's largest capacity for laser micromachining polymers in ultra-violet wavelengths, you need a facility that accommodates large laser workstations – and lots of them.

In 2011, Resonetics moved into a modern 240,000 sq. ft. building leasing 55,000 sq. ft., more than doubling our footprint from the prior headquarters. (Photos and details of the building project.) We also hold a right of first refusal on the additional 173,000 sq. ft. of adjacent space to accommodate further growth without having to relocate.   The facility includes a 6,000 sq. ft. Class 8 cleanroom for laser processing, balloon forming and secondary operations.

In addition, in 2012, Resonetics launched the LightSpeed ADL™, an 8,000 sq. ft. applications development lab.  This is a dedicated business unit for process development, prototyping and pilot production. Housing five different laser technologies, a total of nine laser workstations and staffed by a dedicated team of application development engineers and technicians, the LightSpeed ADL is a world-class resource for the micromachining of polymers.

Nashua, New Hampshire has been honored with multiple awards as one of the best places to live in the U.S.  Only 30 miles from Boston's suburbs, Resonetics is able to attract a strong technical team while still enjoying the cost advantages of the state of New Hampshire.
